Services and Digital Products

Refund Eligibility

We provide refunds for services and digital products under the following conditions:
Service-based Refunds:

  • If the service is not initiated or delivered as per the agreed timeline.
  • If there is a major deviation from the agreed-upon deliverables, and the issue remains unresolved despite reasonable attempts.
  • Digital Products and Courses: Refunds for digital products or courses are considered only if there are technical issues preventing access or usage that cannot be resolved.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services that have been fully delivered as per agreement.
  • Course materials already downloaded or accessed.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after delivery.

Refund Process To request a refund:

1. Contact Us: Email us at InnocraftIT@gmail.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.
2. Evaluation: We will review your request and may ask for additional information to assess your eligibility.
3. Approval/Denial: You will receive a confirmation of approval or denial within 7 business days.
4. Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days.

Returns for Physical Products

Currently, InnoCraft IT does not sell physical products. This policy will be updated if physical product sales are introduced.

Course Enrollment and Cancellations

  • If you enroll in a course but cannot attend, you may request a course transfer to a later session, subject to availability.
  • Course cancellations are eligible for a partial refund, provided the request is made at least 3 days before the course start date.

Amendments to the Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
